Cancellations and return window
You may cancel your order for a full refund up until we confirm the order has shipped. Once you receive official notice that the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available and a return must be initiated after delivery. Returns must be started within 30 days from the delivery date. Items returned outside this window may not be accepted.

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging unless otherwise specified. Original shipping and restocking
