Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada and to the United States from our City, ON location. For Canadian deliveries, standard transit times are usually 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. U.S. deliveries generally take 5–10 business days once the parcel leaves our facility.
Processing time and carriers
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes verifying the order, preparing the parcel, and handing it to the carrier. Processing times may be longer for pre-order items or during peak periods. Carriers may vary depending on the shipment destination and package size.
Shipping charges and duties
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. For shipments that cross the Canada–U.S. border, any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend you check local import rules if you expect cross-border charges.
Separate shipments
Some orders include multiple items that may ship separately to speed delivery. If a spare battery or other component ships independently, it may arrive in a separate package. Please allow the published transit window for each parcel.
Shipping damage or loss
Inspect shipments upon arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, contact us promptly with photos and order details so we can advise on repair or replacement options. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted without undue delay so we can assist effectively.
APO/FPO and PO boxes
We do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or to PO Boxes. If an order is sent to such an address and is refused, a cancellation or return may be required; additional fees or charges may apply under those circumstances.
